Acceptable Use Policy (DRAFT for legal review)

You may not use Othermile to:

• undervalue, misclassify or misdescribe goods, or make origin or CUSMA claims you cannot support, including by entering figures in the exposure scanner you know to be false to support a claim;
• split, route or relabel shipments to evade duties, taxes, surtaxes or import bans;
• ship goods that are banned, restricted or require permits you do not hold;
• send data you have no right to process, or collect shopper reports under false pretences;
• attempt to access other customers' data, probe or attack the service, or evade rate limits;
• resell the service except as an agency under the Agency plan terms.

We may suspend accounts that break this policy, with notice where practical.
