Will my US customer pay duty on an order from my Canadian store?
Since August 2025 the US charges duty on small parcels too. Goods that qualify as made in North America can still enter free; others pay their duty and sometimes extra tariffs.

Yes. One connection covers every store connected to your Printful account, and orders show by store in your reports.
Do I have to approve every order?
Only if you want to. Asking before every order is on by default for printers; untick it on the Printful card in Connections and orders that fit your limits go ahead on their own.
What does it cost?
Free for 100 orders a month. Paid plans start at 19 dollars a month for 1,000 checks.
Is this customs advice?
No. Every figure is an estimate from the official rules in force, with its source and date. The carrier and customs decide the final charge.
