Bring your products with you
Moving from another app or a spreadsheet takes one upload. Your tariff codes and countries of origin come with you, and you can run both side by side until you are sure.

1. Export your products
From your store, your shipping app, your old border tool or your own spreadsheet. A CSV file with a SKU column is enough; tariff codes, countries of origin, weights and costs come along when the file has them.
2. Upload it in Products
Create a free account, open Products and upload the file. Othermile reads the headings other apps use, and lists anything it could not read so you can fix it.
3. Connect your store or printer
Shopify, WooCommerce, Printify, Printful and more. Orders start being checked as they arrive.
4. Set your limits
Choose which orders ship on their own and which wait for your OK on your phone.
5. Run both, then decide
Othermile does not change your checkout, so you can compare it with what you use today before you switch the old app off.
Questions
Good to know
Which files work?
Any spreadsheet saved as CSV with a SKU column. Headings other apps use work as they are, such as Variant SKU, HS Code, Harmonized Code, Country of Origin, Origin Country, Variant Grams or Weight (kg). Countries can be names like China or Viet Nam, or codes like CN.
Do I lose what I already set up?
No. Tariff codes and countries of origin in your file count as confirmed, because they are yours. Products without them get a suggestion you can check, and orders for them wait for you instead of being priced on a guess.
Can I keep my old app while I try Othermile?
Yes. Othermile does not change your checkout, so both can run at once. The free plan checks 100 orders a month, enough to compare before you decide.
What about my old orders?
Othermile starts checking from the day you connect. Your old app keeps its own records. To see what the border cost on past orders, run the free border cost audit on your store's orders export.
Can someone help me move?
Yes. Email your product file to info@othermile.com and we will help you bring it in, at no charge.
