A plugin that checks every WooCommerce order at the border
The free Othermile plugin sends each new order to Othermile before you ship it. Orders that break your limits are put On hold in WooCommerce and go back to Processing when you approve them.

How it works
Install the plugin
Create a free account, open Connections, choose WooCommerce and download the plugin. Upload it in WordPress under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin.
Paste your connection key
Othermile shows a connection key once. Paste it in WooCommerce, Settings, Othermile, and press Save changes.
Approve held orders
Orders inside your limits carry on as usual. The rest go On hold, and approving them on your phone moves them back to Processing.

What you get
Built for WooCommerce stores
On hold until you say so
A held order sits On hold in WooCommerce with a note saying why, so it cannot be packed by mistake.
The door estimate, built in
Shoppers see what they may pay at the door under the price on product pages and above Proceed to checkout on the cart page. Nothing to paste.
Duties included shipping
Add Othermile duties included shipping to your shipping zones, and customers pay the duty and tax at checkout instead of at the door.
Signed both ways
Every message between your store and Othermile is signed with your connection's own secret, and the plugin checks back on its own in case one is missed.
Try it on your own orders first
The free border cost audit reads your WooCommerce orders file and shows what your customers paid at the door, by product and by province or state. No account, and your file stays in your browser.

Questions
Othermile and WooCommerce
Is the plugin free?
Yes. The plugin is free, and Othermile itself is free for 100 orders a month. Paid plans start at 19 dollars a month.
Does it slow my store down?
No. Orders are checked after they are placed, and the door estimate loads after the page, so your pages and checkout run as they do today.
Can I connect more than one store?
Yes. Each store gets its own connection and key, and order numbers can repeat between stores without mixing up.
Is this customs advice?
No. Every figure is an estimate from the official rules in force, with its source and date. The carrier and customs decide the final charge.
