What's new in Othermile: November 2026
A dashboard you arrange, approve in one tap, charts on Reports, tariff code suggestions, Whatnot, the Shopify App Store and a border news email.
By the Othermile team

Short answer: in the last two weeks Othermile got a dashboard you arrange yourself, a faster way to approve orders, charts on Reports, help finding tariff codes, a Whatnot connection, a listing on the Shopify App Store and a border news email. Here is each one and where to find it.
Othermile is on the Shopify App Store
Shopify stores can now install Othermile from the Shopify App Store. The app holds an order in Shopify while it waits for your OK, then releases it when you approve. Every other connection still works from the app, so Start free is still the way in for WooCommerce, Etsy, Printify, Printful and the rest.

A Home dashboard you arrange
Home now shows the numbers and charts you choose: orders checked, sales, what was left for you, what customers paid at the door, where orders went and how they ended. Press Customize to add, remove or move them, and pick 7, 30 or 90 days. If you have more than one store, pick which stores to count.
Approve quickly
Up to five orders waiting for your OK sit on one line each on Home, with the amount and the reason. Approve picks the best option and asks for your passkey, the same as the full order page. Deny is one tap too.
Charts on Reports
Reports opens with trend tiles that compare each number with the period before, then sales and what was left over time, where each dollar went, border costs over time, top products and the problems that come up most. Every chart has a Show the numbers button with the table behind it.
Tariff codes from what the product is
In both checkers, type what the product is, such as "cotton hoodie" or "phone case", and Othermile suggests the tariff code. You can always type your own. On Products, Confirm all suggestions now confirms a whole catalogue in one step, so a store with thousands of products does not have to go one by one.
Whatnot sellers can connect
Live sellers on Whatnot can connect with a key they make in Whatnot. Each order ready to ship is checked for what the buyer will pay at the border. Our Whatnot guide covers both directions.
One sale, one check
When a store order becomes a printer order at Printify or Printful, Othermile now treats them as one sale: one record, one check, one approval, counted once on your plan.
Border news by email
One short email on Tuesday mornings with the border rule changes, what is new in Othermile and every new guide. Sign up here, or tick the box in Settings if you have an account.
Light or dark
Settings now has Appearance: match your device, light or dark.
What to do now
Sign in, open Home and press Customize to set up your dashboard. If you sell on Shopify, install the app from the Shopify App Store to hold orders in Shopify while they wait for you.
This guide explains public rules in plain language for general information. It is not customs, tax or legal advice; the exact tariff code, your paperwork and the carrier decide the final amount.
